Place was quirky, liked the stay.

Our stay here was nice, ideal place for exploring Monteverde. The staff were very responsive all of the time. The room was a nice size, with smoke detectors and incredible views of the nearby mountains. The breakfast had lots of outstanding options, and was enjoyable and lovely. The location for Monteverde was ideal and exceptionally nice, next to beautiful gardens and great views of volcano and the Monteverde national park and the raised cafe. It also was in the forest.

Hotel was quirky, I appreciated the stay.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the superior queen room with views of mountain, everything was fantastic. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice in an amazing area, right by a taxi into town centre, and park entrance. Plus there was a lake, within 30 minutes walk or so.

You can have bread, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, and eggs with your breakfast if you want to. The location is excellent and stunning, in the nearby park.

The restaurant was excellent with great food here, I had excellent dishes. I loved a comfortable decor. Had a really comfortable stay for two nights & would stay here again.

The breakfast was enjoyable with fresh fruits on daily basis and the food was reasonably priced. The location was fantastic, really close to a hillside and Nature and the mountains of Monteverde. Also, we where not too far from View.

Enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast with a wide range of meals. Peaceful location on the windy hill, and 15 minute walk from a tropical forest.

It made my trip to Monteverde a nice experience. The hotel was fairly clean based in an elegant style building with very responsive staff. The location of the venue was ideal and exceptionally nice - at a medium distance from View.

The restaurant was great for the dinner, I tried hot dishes. Included a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a personal safe, and the bed was fine. The location was great and lovely, at a moderate distance from View. Visited few places in the center, not too far away from the hotel.

Unique hotel in a lovely elegant style building. Fully-equipped room, fantastic view of the misty mountains. Large bedrooms, well-trained and well managed staff. Ideal and convenient location in Monteverde, not far from Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, the Monteverde national park, and the Hummingbird cafe. Also, down 15 stairs from the restaurant.

Not so helpful staff!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and appreciative of our presence. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, with attention to detail. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Monteverde Cloud Forest entrance. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.

The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking in stunning views. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy.

The rooms lacked some modern amenities that we're used to having during business trips, such as reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable office chairs. the hotel's main lobby lacked seating areas, which made it difficult to relax and hang out with colleagues after a long day.

The room was a nice size and fully-equipped with a safe and multi-channel TV.

Location short walk to the restaurant, beautiful gardens and great views of volcano, and San Ramon de Alajuela. Excellent service from the caring, attentive staff members. The rooms with great views.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its spacious rooms and stunning views. I loved the attention to detail, especially the glassed-in seating areas that made me feel like I was in a treehouse. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even offering to bring me breakfast so I didn't have to navigate the uphill trek to the dining room. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national forest, and the breakfast with fresh fruits was a delicious start to each day.
